A dedicated and passionate educator and animal rights advocate, Dr. Rocco Paolucci (pictured with his baby Bella) is the Director of the The ARK (Animal Rights Knowledge) Center and President of its organizational sponsor, The Five Sparrows Foundation. Before devoting himself to the animal rights cause, Dr. Paolucci served as chairman and tenured associate professor of the Information Science and Technology academic department, and director of the Instructional Systems and Technology graduate studies program, at Cabrini University (Radnor, PA).

Prior work experience and positions include: Director of instructional technology for the Rose Tree Media School District (Media, PA), systems engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories (Holmdel, NJ), project manager for AT&T Corporation (Basking Ridge, NJ), and product manager for Bell Atlantic Corporation now Verizon Communications (Philadelphia, PA).

Dr. Paolucci received the following academic degrees: Doctor of Education in Instructional Technology from Widener University, Master of Science in Information Science from Drexel University, Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
