Don’t think vegans can run marathons? Think again

Switching from a largely vegetarian diet to a vegan one has mainly meant cutting out crap like pizza and chocolate – none of which are hugely helpful when trying to get in shape anyway. I’m feeling leaner, lighter, more full of energy, less bloated. But don’t take my word for it – ask any vegan athlete and they’ll say the same. So let’s put this myth to bed once and for all.
